Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or reasons unrelated to a product defect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll review and make it right with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Orders can be cancelled only before they enter production. Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
